Traditional microsurgery for aneurysm clipping is a technique that is becoming less common due to the rise of endovascular procedures. It is very important to keep the microsurgical art alive.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice this approach, including proper craniotomy, opening of the dura mater, arachnoid dissection, manipulation of arterial vessels, aneurysm dissection, proper selection of the clip, and aneurysm clipping.
