Payment and Cancellation Policy

PAYMENTS:

  • Payments are only accepted via credit or debit card.

CANCELLATIONS:

ACCOMMODATION:

  • No Show: The total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
  • Early Departures: The total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

REGISTRATION:

  • A refund of 50% of the registration cost may be requested due to force majeure, provided that a written request explaining the reasons is sent to contacto@smcn.org.mx at least two months prior to the event. The deadline for receiving these requests is May 24, 2025, before 6:00 PM. No exceptions.
