CALL<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The Mexican Society of Neurosurgical Surgery, AC<\/strong>, committed to the advancement of health and neurosurgery, promotes continuous education and scientific exchange by inviting neurosurgeons to share the most relevant findings from their daily practice. In this way, it contributes to strengthening our discipline and improving clinical practices.<\/p>\n

With this purpose, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the call for Free Papers for the XXVIII Meeting of the Mexican Society of Neurosurgical Surgery<\/strong>, which will be held in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, from July 24 to 30, 2025, at the Expo Guadalajara.<\/p>\n

This call will highlight the most innovative research in neurosurgery, providing a platform to share knowledge, advance the medical field, and strengthen our community. The selected papers will be evaluated by a panel of experts, and the authors of the best studies will have the opportunity to present their results at a national forum, thus contributing to the development and prestige of neurosurgery in Mexico. For the registration of free papers, the scientific committee has considered 4 modalities.<\/p>\n

Presentation Modalities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      All abstracts accepted by the committee will be published directly in a special volume of the journal <\/strong>Archives of Neurosurgery<\/strong><\/em>, titled <\/strong>Congress Proceedings<\/em>. Therefore, it is essential that each abstract is carefully and precisely written, as it will be published exactly as submitted through the platform. The full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the content lies with the author. By submitting their work, each author accepts and agrees that the abstract will be published verbatim in <\/strong>Congress Proceedings<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The best submissions received will be selected by consensus of the Scientific Committee<\/strong> and may be invited to publish their full article in the journal Archives of Neurosurgery<\/strong><\/em>. This invitation will be based on the quality and relevance of the work and will represent an excellent opportunity due to its high likelihood of publication.<\/p>\n

      However, authors must strictly comply with all established requirements. The final decision on acceptance or rejection will be determined by the peer-review process<\/strong> and the Scientific Committee<\/strong>. The outcome of the review will be communicated via email, so authors are advised to check their inbox regularly and respond promptly to any communication received.<\/p>\n

      Eligible participants:<\/strong> Neurosurgeons, residents, undergraduate students, nurses, and professionals in related fields of Neuroscience may participate in any of the first 4 modalities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                4. Results<\/strong>: Should clearly reflect the study\u2019s objective, include the final number of patients analyzed, highlight the most relevant observations, and present statistically significant results, if any.<\/li>\n
                5. Conclusions<\/strong>: Should be consistent with the objective and the results obtained.<\/li>\n
                6. Keywords<\/strong>: Maximum of 5 keywords.<\/li>\n
                7. Oral Presentation<\/strong>: The order of the presentations will be established and scheduled by the organizing committee. This information will be sent to the author by email no later than July 15, 2025. It is important to strictly adhere to the allotted time, which will be 8 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for questions.<\/li>\n

The printing and placement of the poster in the assigned area will be the sole responsibility of the author, who must follow the instructions provided by the scientific committee.
